Playdate!

Since Mika and Tess are in town, Sarah organized a playdate at her house on Tuesday as an excuse for us to get to soak in as much of them as possible, and to sample what life will be like once Mika moves here and I am officially home with Marin.

We all had a great time, and were so glad that Joey was able to join us at the end of her work day, too. Logan and Tess are only 4 weeks apart. They are too adorable. Logan is so smiley and happy and Tess is so darn sweet she just melts your heart. I think Marin thought that they were both baby dolls; she tried to pick them both up at one point. She loved giving them both kisses, and she brought Logan his bottle and when we told her he was all done, she put his paci in his mouth. Marin loves to play babies more than anything else, and she's a good little mommy.

Marin also loved watering the flowers with Miss Sarah. So much so, that I hope we didn't over water them. Sarah was so sweet to show her how to do it, and to let us eat her out of house and home-- including leaving the wake that a 17 month old will.

We can't wait for more playdates and outings in the future. We've come a long way since the college dorm days, and I love watching my beautiful friends becoming the wonderful mommies that I knew they would be!
